Family policies
What families ask us before camp starts.
Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
What to wear and bring
Closed-toe running shoes, shorts or leggings and a t-shirt, a hat and a filled water bottle. Send sunscreen already on, a lunch and a snack, and label everything.
Drop-off and pickup
An adult on your list signs your camper in and out at the track gate, and we ask for ID until we know you. Drop-off opens at 8:45 a.m., and camp ends at 3:00 p.m.
Late pickup
If you are running late, call us. A coach stays with your camper until you arrive, and if we cannot reach you we call the emergency contacts you gave us.
When to keep your child home
A camper with a fever, vomiting or a rash stays home and comes back after a full day without symptoms. If a camper feels ill at camp, we call you and a coach stays with them until you arrive.
Meals, snacks and allergies
Campers bring lunch and a snack from home, and water is on the field all day. Tell us about allergies when you register, and we ask what we need privately once you enroll.
Closures for weather and holidays
A thunderstorm or a very hot day moves camp into the gym or into the cool morning, and we text families before drop-off whenever a day changes. We close on the days the track is not available to us.
Screens and phones
Phones stay at home or in the bag. If your camper needs to reach you, a coach will call you, and campers do not use screens during the day.
